An assessment of the environmental and social impact has been performed for the Project and this IEE report is prepared in full compliance with ADB Safeguard Policy Statement and in accordance with the Armenian legislative framework, particularly with the RA Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Examination.
This social due diligence report is prepared for reconstruction/retrofitting of the Voskehat secondary school located in Armavir region of Armenia and describes the findings of due diligence conducted to assess land acquisition and resettlement permanent and temporary impacts in accordance with the ADB Safeguard Policy Statement.
