Our complaint review specialist will review your complaint within 14 calendar days, after which a decision on whether to satisfy or reject the complaint will be made within 7 calendar days:

We expect you to discuss your complaints and suggestions in advance with the Project Implementation Committee or coordinator and contact ATDF if the problem could not be resolved locally.
