Right after irrigation season, Voskevaz water pipeline rehabilitation was launched. The previous waterline had an earth bed, due to which irrigation water sustained significant losses being unable to reach cultivated lands. Within the framework of “Irrigation systems modification” project, with the financial support of RA Government and Eurasian Development Bank co-financing, for the first time, Armenian Territorial Development Fund” (ATDF) is implementing rehabilitation of a waterline with English technology, thus with concrete mats.  Around 2000-line meter of waterline passes through forest covered territory, so in order to minimize environmental damages, the water line rehabilitation works are implemented by hand. Irrigation system rehabilitation works completion is planned in 2024.
