In the course of visit, conducted to province Shirak, the working group of “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” made a visit to Kaps water reservoir. Here the channel, transferring river Akhuryan bed has been already constructed. Extra concreting works have been carried out. The irrigation tunnel entrance has been reinforced. Sargis Baghinyan, the Fund executive director gave strict instructions to the contractor linked with construction deadlines.
