The working group of “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” (ATDF) in the lead of Sargis Baghinyan, the executive director, conducted a visit to Byurakn settlement educational center, located in province Shirak. Here an educational center, designed for 280 schoolchildren and kindergarten alumni is being built with RA Government financing and the delegation of ATDF. The investment of the state makes 1 billion and 700 million AMD.
