In the scopes of RA Government  “300 schools and 500 kindergartens” program the school building projects are in active phase in Shirak province, carried out with RA Government financing and “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” clientship. The educational complex of Hayrenyats settlement and village Saratak schools are also on the list. Town Gyumri “Shant” TV made a review on it.
