The representatives of “Eurasia Fund for Stabilization and Development” accompanied by working group of “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” got familiarized themselves with reconstruction works of “Manasi aru” irrigation gravity water line on the site. “Manasi aru” gravity irrigation water line is being reconstructed in the frame of “Irrigation systems modification” by “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” with co-financing of RA Government and “Eurasia Fund for Stabilization and Development”. It is planned to concrete 7km section from the head of “Manasi aru” water till the junction of town Martuni and village Vaghashen. The water line built in the years of 1960-s has never undergone to reconstruction.

Chanel, approaching “Lanjaghbyur” is being reconstructed by another project. It is being laid with polyethylene closed pipelines with the length of 2650m. Sufficient decrease in water losses together with increase in Martuni and Vaghashen irrigated territories water saturation are the expected final outcomes of the project.

The working group conducted a visit to pressure water area of basicaly reconstructed Kotayk main passing through village Aramus water line.
