From Social Investment Fund to Armenian Territorial Development Fund. The partnership held in the course of 1995-2025 between “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” and “World Bank” for 30 years carried out 1024 programs for more than 2 million stakeholders. An event, dedicated to community oriented support, provided by the World Bank during 30 years was organized. This is the partnership that strengthened communities, assisting in locally decisions’ making. The event was attended by Sargis Baghinyan, the executive director of “Armenian Territorial and development Fund”, Vardan Kostanyan,  Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, Michal Rutkowski World Bank Regional Director for Human Development in Europe and Central Asia, Paolo Belli, manager of social protection and jobs for ECA region, Carolin Geginat, country manager for Armenia and heads of Armenia communities.
