Nor Kesarya and Jrarat communities of Armavir region will have new schools
On the places of Nor Kesaria and Jrarat former schools, construction site of completely new and earthquake resistant schools is being prepared these days. Schools are built at state budget by “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” commission. Each of two storied school is meant for 432 schoolchildren and has a ground floor. A shelter is planned on the ground floor, 4 staircases, 1 elevator and solar panels are also planned to be mounted in school. The school will be supplied with toilets adjusted for pupils with less mobility, it will also have ramps and lifts. Area will be landscaped, gyms and sports fields will be built.
Paraqar sports school and Aknashen kindergarten are under complete reconstruction. Instead of former 520m2 sports school a new one with 1300m2 will be built. The sports school shall meet all the standards and facilities set up by norms, it will be supplied with conditions required for wrestling, boxing and weightlifting trainings.
From the building, constructed in the second half of previous century, Aknashen pre-school will be moved to a completely new built kindergarten. The latter is meant for fifty kids. Three playgrounds are planned to be built in the area. The water supply, sewerage, heating, gas supply, electric power supply and external lighting systems will be mounted within this micro-project. Moreover, a solar photovoltaic plant with the setup capacity of 31KVt will be mounted.
