As part of the modernization of the irrigation system implemented in the country, efficient water management mechanisms are already being used in different regions of Armenia, as a result of which water is significantly saved and cultivated land areas are increased. This was made possible thanks to the modernization program of the irrigation systems of the RA government and the Eurasian Development Bank, which is implemented through the Territorial Development Fund of Armenia.
