Feedback and complaints submission form
You can submit your grievances and suggestions online filling in the following fields. Your grievances will be reviewed by our Specialist within 14 calendar days, and a decision on approving or rejecting will be made within 7 days. You will be properly notified relating to the procedure and results of your grievance.
We expect you to priory discuss your grievances and suggestions with Implementation Committee or Focal Point and apply to ATDF only in case the problem was not solved at local level.
