The construction of Stepanavan N-3 basic school, meant for 432 pupils is in completion phase. The previous school, built in the year of 1990 for 177 schoolchildren was impossible to operate. In the scopes of “RA public schools’ seismic safety improvement” project, financed by “Asian Development Bank” and RA Government co-financing, the new built school will have comfortable classrooms adjusted for the children with limited mobility, as well as gym, acting hall, laboratory-classrooms and solar plant.

Lori Berd community center rehabilitation works are in completion phase as well. The ex-one storied building was in ruined condition. In the scopes of “Social Investments and Local Development” with the financial support of RA Government and World Bank Armenia co-financing. “Armenian Territorial Development Fund” made a complete reconstruction of the community building. 

All the foundations were strengthened as a result of which one more floor was possible to be added. Instead of 148m/2 building, functioning in the past, the school square will be more than 290m.
